Space Studio provides a unique space to learn or develop your practice of Yoga, Pilates and Wellness. The studio provides a calm and welcoming environment where you can take some time out to make space in your body, mind and life.

We get it - you are busy! Life is moving fast - it seems like there aren't enough days in the week and it can be hard to find any time for you - sound familiar?  

At Space, we believe it is so important to take care of yourself, physically and mentally, so that you can deal with the pressures and stresses of everyday life.  Yoga is one of the best ways you can do this because it enables you to re-connect with your breath while moving your body.

 You don't have to be flexible, strong or even fit to do yoga - at Space...

Yoga is for Everyone

Women, Men, Young and Old, all sizes, shapes and abilities*.

There will be no judgements, no comparisons, no pressure - just come along to the mat and make some time in your life for yourself. Discover how yoga can help to improve your body, mind and life - we want to help you move well to feel well.
