Spring Detox & Restore Workshops
Monthly Detox & Restore workshops will be held during Spring to promote the body's natural detoxification process to eliminate toxins, tension and sluggishness from the body - detox, re-energise and restore the body and mind in time for summer! Pilates Course - Friday mornings at 10.30am - starts 28 February 2017
A new 6 week Pilates course will commence in the studio on Friday 28 February 2017 and will run for 6 weeks (no class on Friday 17 March). Wendy Kerr is a qualified and experienced Body Control Pilates Instructor and this class will be suitable for beginners or for those who have done Pilates before but want to learn more about the how to do it 'properly'. The class will focus on improving posture through alignment, balance and strength. Places are limited to 12 to allow for proper supervision and support during the class. Schedule Change - Saturday mornings
From Saturday 3 February 2017, Strala Yoga and Pilates will be replaced by Hot Yoga and Power Pilates. Hot Yoga is scheduled for 9am followed by Power Pilates at 10.15am. Join us to get your weekend off to a great start :)
Space Launch - Open Weekend 21 & 22 January 2017
Space Studio will open for classes on Monday 16 January 2017. To celebrate the launch, there will be an open weekend on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 January 2017. There will be a series of free classes over the weekend, special offers and giveaways. The studio will be open from 9am to 4pm on Saturday 21 January and from 9am to 12pm on Sunday 22 January. Come along and try out some classes or just to have a look around, check out the timetable or make enquiries - everyone is welcome.
