Introduction to Strala Yoga

Stråla Yoga with Rae Broderick 14 & 15 October 2017

Strala Yoga is a revolutionary approach to guiding feeling and movement, which is designed to trigger the body’s Relaxation Response, to promote overall health, physical and mental wellbeing.

Rae Broderick is a qualified Strala Yoga Guide and will lead two exciting workshops at Space studio this October to introduce the concept of Strala Yoga and its many benefits.

Introduction to Stråla Yoga:  14 October 2017 1-5pm

An exploratory afternoon of grace, coordination and Tai Chi exercises with a focus on softness, breath and natural movement. Rae will end the day by leading a Stråla ENERGISE class - a moving flow that invigorates your body and mind while resting attention calmly on your breath. You’ll leave feeling awake and energised!

Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome but you should be physically fit/mobile enough to move in a healthy way. If you have any medical injuries or conditions,you should get the consent of your doctor before starting a practice of yoga or pilates.  By signing up to do a workshop, individuals are confirming that they are physically fit enough to do the practice.

How much does it cost?

Saturday £30 / Sunday £25 / Book both for £50
