- Detox the body through a gentle heated flow yoga practice
- Strengthen the body using Pilates core exercises
- Restore the body and mind through yin yoga and relaxation.

What will the workshop involve?
1.45: Sign in, find your space and enjoy a pre-detox shot!
2.00: Heated gentle yoga flow practice - detox, strengthen and stretch
3.00: Refreshments and snack break
3.30: Pilates exercises - strengthen the core
4:00 Yin Yoga and Relaxation - stretch, relax and restore
5.00: Collect your goodie bag & enjoy your weekend :)
Who can attend?
These sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities but if you have a medical condition or injury you should always seek medical advice and get consent from a medical practitioner before practising yoga or pilates - this is your own responsibility.
What should I bring?
Yourself and a towel. Mats are provided (but you are welcome to bring your own). You will also need water - you can purchase water at the studio or bring our own. Refreshments and snacks will be provided during the break.
